Mark Trenka is the broker/ owner of Century 21 Trenka Real Estate, located at 1010 15th St in Upper Downtown Denver. The office opened in 1995 and was involved in converting Brooks Tower from apartments into condominiums. Mark took over the family company in 2004 after working in mortgage finance and the automotive business. His office of expert agents specialize in downtown Denver residential properties, with special attention to large condominiums and high-rises. They also offer comprehensive real estate services throughout the metropolitan Denver area.
Through his years of experience, he has been involved in leadership for the real estate community, serving as the chair of the RE Colorado MLS Board of Directors. His office is open for business 10-5 Mon-Sat with eight total brokers.
